She has managed cross-functional teams in multiple geographies and cultures to consistently deliver solid results.
Debi has extensive experience in Global HR. In her role as Director Global HR Services, she worked with many different industries and corporations with all levels of global operations. From start-ups in Singapore to mature operations in Aberdeen, she has worked with business leaders to solve problems and impact talent management.
