She has a passion to support business leaders in all things HR. Her experience includes leading key initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, Greenfield operations, people strategy, talent development, global mobility, retention and succession planning. She is a respected leader with the ability to collaborate at all levels within an organization. She has managed cross-functional teams in multiple geographies and cultures to consistently deliver solid results.
Debi has extensive experience in Global HR. In her role as Director Global HR Services, she worked with many different industries and corporations with all levels of global operations. From start-ups in Singapore to mature operations in Aberdeen, she has worked with business leaders to solve problems and impact talent management.
